Sturm Preferred Customer Maintenance Agreement
Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning‘s Sturm Preferred Customer Maintenance Agreement provides the homeowner with an annual inspection of their heating/cooling system to ensure proper operation and safety. This inspection includes:
- Check condenser coil (outdoor)
- Monitor refrigerant levels
- Check evaporator coil (indoor)
- Clean condensate drains
- Test start components
- Monitor flue draft
- Clean and adjust burner and pilot assembly
- Oil fan motor where applicable
- Check voltage / amperage
- Test for proper airflow
- Tighten electrical connections
- Lubricate moving parts where applicable
- Check air filters
- Test and adjust safety controls
- Check gas pressure and adjust valves as necessary
- Clean ignition assembly
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Adjust and check fan components
- Check limit control
